Katie Reed, MBA | Fractional Restaurant Marketing Leader
Katie's roots in restaurant marketing run deep. She was one of the original Local Store Marketing Consultants at Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2008, at a time when the brand was redefining what restaurant marketing could look like -- building community presence and driving sales without traditional advertising. She was later promoted to Local Store Marketing Strategist, and the colleagues she worked alongside during that era have gone on to become some of the most respected names in the industry.
Since then, Katie has built a career as one of the most recognized fractional restaurant marketing leaders in the country, working with fast-growing brands like Capriotti's, Smalls Sliders, and other emerging concepts. She brings soup-to-nuts expertise across brand strategy, digital marketing, loyalty programs, field marketing, and integrated campaign execution. She is regularly invited to speak at industry events, sharing practical strategies that help restaurant brands take meaningful steps toward growth. Katie's clients benefit from her rare combination of big-brand experience and the hands-on agility of a true operator.
Josh Reed | Hospitality Marketing and Communications Leader
Josh brings more than 20 years of marketing, communications, and sales leadership experience to Roaring Brook. He currently serves as the senior marketing and communications leader for one of the country's most recognized luxury hospitality destinations, where his work has contributed to record-setting revenue performance, industry award nominations for social media campaign excellence, and exponential year-over-year growth in forward sales. He oversees brand strategy, public relations, digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and integrated campaign execution across a complex, multi-amenity organization. Earlier in his career, Josh built and led sales and marketing teams across B2B technology and services companies, giving him a rare combination of commercial instincts and strategic marketing expertise. He is certified in multiple sales methodologies and brings fluency across modern marketing, CRM, and media intelligence platforms.
